What this is

A working directory for Manotick and the estate lots around it. Every service page carries a rate ledger — typical local costs for that trade, scoped to this area rather than averaged across Ontario — and the businesses that actually cover K4M. Each table states plainly whether its figures have been confirmed against local quotes yet.

The reason it exists is that most of Manotick runs on infrastructure city directories ignore. Wells, septic systems, propane, driveways measured in hundreds of feet.
